Frequently Asked Questions

Visible answers that support founders, brokers, and search visibility.

What types of businesses does Ginger Legacy Holdings seek?

Established, cash-flowing businesses with dependable demand, recurring or repeat revenue, capable employees, documented systems, and a practical transition path.

Are you a business broker?

No. Ginger Legacy Holdings is a prospective long-term buyer and operator of businesses.

Do you flip businesses?

Our stated intention is long-term ownership. We seek to preserve what works and strengthen the company over time.

Will employees remain after a sale?

We evaluate each business individually, but capable employees, operating knowledge, and customer relationships are important parts of the value we seek to preserve.

How is an acquisition financed?

Depending on the opportunity, financing may include personal capital, SBA financing, seller financing, or a practical combination.

Do you require seller financing?

Not in every transaction. Seller financing may be considered when it supports alignment, structure, and transition.

How quickly can you close?

Timing depends on information quality, diligence, financing, documentation, and transition needs. We communicate expectations directly and do not promise an unrealistic closing date.

Can a broker submit a blind teaser?

Yes. A blind teaser is appropriate for initial fit review. Additional information can follow under the broker's process and an NDA when appropriate.

Is submitting information an offer or commitment?

No. Website submissions and introductory conversations are informational and non-binding. Any transaction requires due diligence, financing, definitive agreements, and applicable approvals.

How is confidentiality handled?

We treat business information respectfully and limit access to people involved in evaluation. A website submission alone does not create a legal confidentiality agreement; an NDA should be used before highly sensitive information is disclosed.
